The name is the town's own: Concord was laid out as Todos Santos in 1868 and the square at the center still carries it. A car key is $149 to $379, a fob $89 to $179, an ignition $169 to $415, motorcycle keys $112 to $259. An arrival between 8pm and midnight adds $40 and between midnight and 7am adds $75, both counted in before you say yes to anything. Master key systems and access control are quoted after the doors have been walked. Whatever is found behind the door, the receipt shows the figure from the call.
