Terms of Service

You get one number on the call, and it holds. The $89 service call sits inside it, and nothing is added at the door. Change the job while the technician is there and the addition is quoted on its own before anyone touches it.

Ranges on the site describe typical work; the call is where the binding figure is set. Evenings add +$40, overnights add +$75, both counted into the total you are given.

Anyone who can show the right to be inside: identification carrying the address, a lease, a registration document, or a manager confirming it. If that cannot be shown, the job stops there — a locksmith who skips this step is the reason people distrust locksmiths.

We pick before we drill. Where drilling is unavoidable, you hear that first, along with the cost of the replacement cylinder, and the work waits for your yes.

90 days on our labour, starting the day of the visit; hardware keeps the manufacturer's cover. Misuse, a break-in attempt afterwards, or another trade's alterations are outside it.

Payment falls due when the work is done — card or contactless at the door, itemised invoice by email. Cancel after the technician has arrived and the cancellation fee named at booking applies.

As far as the law allows, claims arising out of a job are limited to what that job cost. Anything the law says cannot be limited is not limited here.

These terms run under CA law, with disputes heard by the courts serving Concord.
